Position overview:
As a Finance Intern, you will be a key member of our back-office financial operations. You will have the chance to interact with a multicultural team and clients, developing yourself in a dynamic environment.
Responsabilities:
- Revenue Assurance
- Support the team to prepare the Invoice Mirror of PERM for the client’s approval;
- Prepare the Invoice Mirror of TEMP for the client’s approval;
- Keep the Temporary Jobs reports updated;
- Keep the Placements Controls report update;
- Participate in the BUH meeting to present Finance KPIs.
- Invoicing & Billing
- Assist in sending the Invoicing process according to the region
- Write off incoming invoices (controls and banks);
- Send the Invoice and payment instructions to the clients;
- Keep the Invoicing and Accounts Receivables report updated;
- Issue the Billing reminders according to the internal policy.
- Reports
- Support in the Daily reports’ preparation;
- Support in the preparation of Finance KPI presentation.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields - Graduation forecast: June 2026 or December 2026;
- Advanced English is a must. Spanish is a plus;
- Upper-intermediate/Advanced Excel is a must. Power BI is a plus;
- Business-oriented mindset;
- Hands-on profile;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Motivation to work in a multicultural environment.
